Like the name sounds, Scolio-Pilates® is for people living with scoliosis. During your first session, you’ll receive an assessment of your specific curve pattern, including any adjustments your body is making at that moment.

Building a Customized Foundation for Strength, Support, and Alignment.
We’ll also work together to determine some wedging to provide you support and rotational correction, while layering in the basic exercises that will serve as the foundation of your program. In subsequent sessions, we’ll develop a larger program tailored to your needs and designed to build strength, comfort, and confidence in a more aligned position.
