What’s in the name Windy Path?
Our paths in life are rarely straight and neither are our spines! The studio name reflects the ethos of our approach to help you build physical strength and alignment. It also reflects Rachel’s path as an instructor as well as the winding nature of our spines that bring us to balance and neutral.
